Load Inverter 

The inverter is then loaded with the saturated liner and calibration tube.

 Because Sewer Heroes uses a ZERO DIG technology for our epoxy pipe lining, excavation is not required to rehabilitate a cracked, damaged, or broken pipeline. Excavataions may sometimes be made depending on the design of the sewer line. Our liners are often installed through a clean-out or other access points available and leave behind a smooth and joint-free pipe. Most sewer pipes can be repaired with the ZERO DIG technology, but special design considerations are taken into account to prevent wrinkling and stretching.  Our liners help prevent breakage and intrusions without the need of digging up property.

STEP 4

Prepare Resin

The epoxy resin is then measured and mixed to prepare for liner.​

STEP 9

Sewer Line Repaired

Once the liner is cured in place, the calibration tube is removed and the pipe is video inspection once more to ensure successful installation. 

STEP 2

Clean Out Sewer Line

The sewer line is then cleaned of any roots, scales, or debris that may be obstructing the line. 

STEP 7

 Liner Enters Sewer Line

The end of liner is then inserted into existing sewer line to prepare for installation.

STEP 8

Invert Liner

The inverter is introduced with air pressure to invert the liner into the existing sewer line and the calibration tube holds the liner in place as it cures. 

STEP 5

Pour Resin into Liner

The liner is saturated with the epoxy resin and rolled out to ensure total wetness.

STEP 3

Take All Necessary Measurements

All measurements are taken of the sewer line and the appropriate materials are then cut to acquired size.
